What's a service address?

Your service address is the place you’ll use your mobile service most often. Every service needs a service address and it can be different to your billing address.

For example, if you have a mobile service for your parents on your account, the service address would be their address but the billing address would be yours.

How to change your service information

You’ll need to make sure your service address is up to date for each mobile and data plan you have. Here’s how you can check and change your service information.

  • Log in to your Belong account

  • Choose the service you want to update

  • Select ‘Manage mobile/ data plan’

  • Select 'Manage service address' then 'update your service address'

Why we need your service information
