How SIM activation works

  • Pick a SIM type

    For calls, texts and data, choose a mobile SIM. If you only need data, it’s a data-only SIM. Use the buttons above to get started.

  • Log in

    Add the SIM to an existing account (great for families), or create a new one. You need an account to activate a SIM.

  • Connect your SIM

    Enter your 13-digit SIM number (ignore the letter on the end). You can find it on your SIM card, or the pack it came in.

  • Set your plan up

    Pick your plan, add your payment method and let us know if you’ve already got a number – we’ll help you transfer it.
