How do I reactivate my suspended service?

How to get your full service back online

If we’ve suspended your service, the things you can use it for will be extremely limited until we receive the payment for your overdue bill. Once you make that payment, your account should be back to normal within a couple of hours.

If you can’t pay your bill

If you’re not in a position to pay a bill, please get in touch, as leaving your bill unpaid can lead to disconnection. We have a range of payment assistance options to take the pressure off if you’re experiencing financial hardship.
