If your SIM card stops working or you’ve lost your phone or SIM, you can activate a new one to your existing phone number. Here’s what you need to do.
Get a replacement SIM
To replace your SIM card, you’ll need to order a new one.
We’ll send you a new SIM. You’ll usually get it within 3 to 4 business days.

Activate a replacement SIM
Once you have your replacement SIM, you’ll need to activate it.
If you want to do it later, here's the steps:
Log into your Belong account.
Click 'Manage mobile' under the mobile or data plan service.
Select 'Activate replacement SIM'
Follow the prompts and you're done.
