How do I change my plan?

With Belong, you’re never locked in – you’re free to change your mobile or data plan once every billing period. Here’s how it’s done

  1. Log in to your Belong account using the website or app.

  2. Under your service, hit Manage mobile or Manage data.

  3. Under ‘Your plan’ choose Change your plan.

  4. Choose the new plan and add-ons you want and hit Review changes.

  5. Check everything’s in order – if you’re good to go, tap Confirm.

Your new data allowance and your new monthly payment amount will take effect at the start of your next monthly billing period.

Topping up your data

Just need a little more data to get you through the month? Here’s how to get that data boost – at $10 for 5 GB of data.

  1. Log in to your Belong account using the website or app.

  2. Find the mobile or data service you want to top up and hit Manage mobile.

  3. Under the ‘Your plan’ header, choose Top up your data and then hit Pay now.

On a data plan?

Be aware that data plan data expires at the end of each monthly billing period – so if you top up your data, make sure you’re ready to use it (or lose it).
