If you wish to switch off your voicemail and enable message to text, please follow the below steps.
Visit the Belong website.
Log in to your My mobile account.
Scroll down to the Manage section then select Voicemail settings.
From here select Message2Txt.
Click confirm.
Message2Txt converts compatible voice messages, up to 10 seconds long, to text and sends them straight to your mobile as a text message.
You may receive a text informing you that call forwarding has now been directed to another number.
