To change a setting in your modem, you’ll need to open your modem’s configuration page.
To do this:
Log on to your Belong wi-fi (you don’t need to be connected to the internet to do this)
Open an internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari or Chrome)
For the DWA04135 modem, type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar
For DWA0122, 4353 and 4315 modems, type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar
If prompted, type in your modem username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
For DWA0122, Belong 4353 and Sagemcom 4315, enter the password ‘Belong’
For DWA4135 the password can be found on the back of the modem
Below you’ll find some of the common settings that you may need to update in the modem interface. To understand which kind of modem you have, check the label on the back or bottom of your modem or use this quick reference guide:
How to connect to wi-fi
Belong DWA4135 Modem
You’ll find your wi-fi details on the wi-fi card that came with your modem, and also on a sticker attached to the back of your modem.
On your device, find and select your modem’s wi-fi network name (SSID)
When prompted, type the ‘Network Key’ (wi-fi password) as shown on the wi-fi card or sticker (passwords are case sensitive)
Belong DWA0122 modem
You’ll find your wi-fi details on the wi-fi card that came with your modem, and also on a sticker attached to the back of your modem.
On your device, find and select your modem’s wi-fi network name (SSID)
When prompted, type the ‘Network Key’ (wi-fi password) as shown on the wi-fi card or sticker (passwords are case sensitive)
Belong 4353 modem
You’ll find your wi-fi details on the wi-fi password card that came with your modem, and also on the sticker underneath your modem.
On your device, find your modem’s wi-fi network name (SSID) on either 2.4GHz or 5GHz, then select the wi-fi you wish to connect to (5GHz will only be visible to compatible devices)
When prompted, type the ‘Network Key’ (wi-fi password) exactly as shown on the wi-fi password card or sticker (passwords are case sensitive)
Sagemcom 4315 modem
You’ll find your wi-fi details on the wi-fi card that came with your modem, and also on a sticker attached to the back of your modem.
On your device, find and select, your modem’s wi-fi network name (SSID)
When prompted, type the ‘Network Key’ (wi-fi password) exactly as shown on the wi-fi card or sticker (passwords are case sensitive)

Belong DWA4135 modem
Make sure you’re connected via wi-fi or Ethernet and then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar. When prompted for modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
The password can be found on the back of the modem
Click ‘Sign In’
Select the Wi-Fi Menu option in the top right-hand corner of your screen
Select the Advanced Menu
Under Radio’s 2.4Ghz settings, note the Current channel
Under Radio’s 5Ghz network, note the Current channel
Select the Wireless Data Analyser 2.4GHz to view all the neighbouring 2.4Ghz networks. Click the Accept button. (Note: For the 2.4GHz wi-fi channel selection, the least overlapped channels of 1, 6 or 11 are recommended. If the channel noted from Step 5 is not one of these channels and/or has a lot of overlap with the other channel, go to Step 9 to select a better channel).
Next, select the Wireless Data Analyser 5GHz to view all the neighbouring 5GHz networks. Click the Accept button. (Note: If the channel from Step 6 is not one of these channels, go to Step 10).
Under the Radio’s 2.4GHz settings, change the Channel field to one of the least overlapped channels from Step 5 and click Save. Once you've saved your changes your device will temporarily disconnect from the network and then automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings you've set up.
Under the Radio’s 5GHz settings, change the Channel field to one of the least overlapped channels from Step 6 and click Save. Once you've saved your changes your device will temporarily disconnect from the network and then automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings you've set up.
Belong DWA0122 modem
Make sure you’re connected via wi-fi or Ethernet and then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar
When prompted for the modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
Enter the password ‘Belong’
Click 'Sign in’
Select the Advanced Menu option in the top right-hand corner of your screen
Next, click on wi-fi in the Advanced View
Under Access Points 2.4Ghz settings, select wi-fi Name/SSID (note the Current channel)
Under Access Points 5Ghz network, select the wi-fi Name/ SSID (note the Current channel)
Select the Wireless Data Analyser 2.4GHz to view all the neighbouring 2.4GHz networks. When prompted, click Accept. (Note: For the 2.4Ghz wi-fi channel selection, the least overlapped channels of 1, 6 or 11 are recommended. If the channel notes from Step 5 is not one of these channels and/or has a lot of overlap with the other channel, go to Step 9 to select a better channel).
Next, select the Wireless Data Analyser 5Ghz to view all the neighbouring 5Ghz networks. When prompted, click Accept. (Note: If the channel from Step 4 is not one of these channels, go to Step 10).
Under the Access Points 2.4GHz settings, select wi-fi Name/ SSID and change the Channel field to one of the least overlapped channels from Step 5 and click Save.
Under the Access Points 5GHz settings, select wi-fi Name/ SSID and change the Channel field to one of the least overlapped channels from Step 6 and click Save.
Once you've saved your changes your device will temporarily disconnect from the network and then automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings you've set up.
Belong 4353 modem
Make sure you’re connected via wi-fi or Ethernet, and the ‘Sync’ light is a solid green colour, then follow the steps below:
Click ’Login’
From the top menu, select ‘Advanced’
Select the wi-fi network you want to optimise (2.4GHz or 5GHz)
Select ‘Wireless Environment’ then ‘Start Scan’ to find out if any neighbouring wi-fi networks may be impacting your signal strength
Identify the wi-fi channel with the least overlapping interference from other networks
Select ‘Basic’ then under ‘Channel Selection’, choose the channel with the least overlapping interference
Click the ‘Apply’ button to save your changes
If there are no neighbouring wi-fi networks, you may be able to improve your connection by selecting ‘Advanced’ and changing the ‘Bandwidth’ to 40MHz (if the quality of your connection worsens then revert back to 20Mhz).
Once you’ve saved your changes, your device will temporarily disconnect from the network then automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings.
Sagemcom 4315 modem
Make sure you’re connected via wi-fi or Ethernet, and the ‘DSL’ light is a solid green colour, then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar
When prompted for the modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
Enter the password ‘Belong’
Click ’Login’
From the left hand menu, select ‘Wireless’
Tick the check box next to ‘Disable WMM Advertise’ and ‘Enable Wireless Multicast Forwarding (WMF)’
Change the ‘Channel Selection’ to a different channel (channel performance will vary based on nearby wireless interference)
Click ‘Save/Apply’
If there are no neighbouring wi-fi networks, you may be able to improve your connection by changing the ‘Bandwidth’ to 40Mhz (if the quality of your connection worsens then revert back to 20Mhz).
Once you’ve saved your changes, your device will temporarily disconnect from the network then automatically reconnect using the new network configuration settings.
How to change your modem login security details
Belong DWA4135 modem
By default, the admin login password can be found on the back of the modem. If you wish to change the modem’s admin password, make sure you are connected via wi-fi or Ethernet, then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar . When prompted for the modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
Enter the password found on the back of the modem
Click 'Sign in’
From the home screen, select Management
Click the Edit button next admin
Type your old password and your new password into the password fields and click Save.
Please note that your new password must contain at least 12 alphanumeric characters including both upper and lower case letters, at least one number and at least one special character such as !@#$%^&*()_-?~
Once you've changed your password, you'll need to sign in again using the new details. If you forget the admin password you can do a factory reset to the modem to restore the original default settings.
Belong DWA0122 modem
By default, the admin login password is ‘Belong’. If you wish to change the modem’s admin password, make sure you are connected via wi-fi or Ethernet, then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
Enter the password ‘Belong’
Click 'Sign in’
From the home screen, select User Settings
Type your new password into the password field and click save.
Once you've changed your password, you'll need to sign in again using the new details. If you forget the admin password you can do a factory reset to the modem to restore the original default settings.

How to see who is connected to your home wi-fi
When multiple people are connected to a wi-fi network it can slow the wi-fi speed. If you want to find out who’s connected to your wi-fi, you can follow these steps:

First, make sure you’re connected via wi-fi or Ethernet and then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar.
When prompted for the modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
Enter the password which can be found on the back of the modem
Click ’Login’
Select Devices. From there you'll be able to what devices are using your wi-fi
If you think someone unauthorised is using your Wi-Fi we recommend changing your Wi-Fi password
Belong DWA0122 modem
First, make sure you’re connected via wi-fi or Ethernet and then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar
When prompted for the modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
Enter the password ‘Belong’
Click ’Login’
Next, select the Advanced Menu option in the top right hand corner of the dashboard.
Select Devices. From there you'll be able to what devices are using your wi-fi
If you think someone unauthorised is using your wi-fi we recommend changing your password
For more options on managing connected devices, select ‘Local Network’ from the left hand menu, then select ‘Devices’, to see the devices that are possible to change.

If you see any devices you don’t recognise you should change your wi-fi Password
You can also select a device and make changes to it on the network
For more options related to managing connected devices, select ‘Advanced’ from the main menu, then choose a device to make changes to, or select the wi-fi network for network options.

First, make sure you’re connected via wi-fi or Ethernet, the ‘Sync’ light is a solid green colour and then follow the steps below:
On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar
When prompted for the modem authentication username and password:
Enter the username ‘admin’
Enter the password ‘Belong’
Click ’Login’
From the left hand menu, select ‘Device Info’ then ‘DHCP’ to see which devices are connected to your modem
If you see any devices you don’t recognise you should change your wi-fi Password – you can do this by selecting ‘Wireless’ then ‘Security’ from the left hand menu.
