Check our site and channels

If we know there’s a major outage affecting Belong nbn services, we’ll:

  • let affected customers know

  • display a notification in

  • put a banner at the top of our website

  • add a post to the Belong Facebook page

  • play an outage message before calls to our contact centre

  • add a message before each live chat

No outage detected?

There might be a problem closer to home. Log into My Account and select Manage my internet. Then scroll down and select Troubleshoot your nbn to use our DIY troubleshooting tool.

Create a hotspot with your phone

If you’re waiting for your service to come back and you need some internet to tide you over, you might be able to use your phone as a temporary hotspot. You’ll just need a compatible phone, enough data and a charged battery.
