What’s changing?
We have reviewed the pricing of our internet plans, and they will be increasing by $5 per month from 22 October 2024.
Starter plan $65 to $70 per month
Standard Plus plan $80 to $85 per month
Premium plan $90 to $95 per month

Why was this change made?
We understand that any price increase can be challenging, but this change allows us to continue investing in our network, services and customer support.
nbn co has also increased the price they charge us for wholesale internet, which is another factor contributing to our price increase.
When will my charges change?
You will receive an email or text from us before the price increase, giving you at least 30 days' notice.

What does this change mean for me?
You don’t have to do anything. The cost of your plan will increase by $5 per month from the date listed in your email or text. Nothing else on your plan will change.
Can I move to a different plan after the plan price changes?
If this plan no longer suits your needs you can change to another plan or cancel your service in your Belong account , at no cost to you.
