We recently identified a billing systems issue that resulted in us continuing to charge some customers for their Belong Internet service after they left us.
What happens now?
Whilst we have ceased any incorrect future charges, we’re making efforts to refund the people who were charged – by cheque.
Have I been affected?
If you were one of the people affected, you’ll already have been sent an email to the address last provided with your old Belong service to let you know. We may also attempt to call you in an effort to arrange an alternate refund method.
