How do I connect my Belong modem?

How do I connect my own personal modem?
We can’t cover every possible modem you might be using, but we have a guide to help get you started.
Why do I need to plug in my modem within 14 days?
We don’t want you to start paying for something you’re not ready to use right now. We also need you to connect your modem to check your network connectivity and make sure everything’s working properly.
What happens if I don't connect my modem within 14 days?
We’ll withdraw your order.
Will I be charged if my order is withdrawn?
Nope. You won’t be charged for your service if we withdraw your order.
What do I do with my modem if I cancel?
If you bought a Belong modem, you can keep it for when you’re ready to connect to the internet again. Or we can recycle for you for free if you don’t need it.
Can I have longer than 14 days?
We have to withdraw the order after 14 days if our systems don’t pick up any usage. But you can submit a new order when you are ready after the 14 days.
