Canāt top up? Hereās what might be going on.
When you buy a data top-up, we use your usual payment information to take a one-off payment for a one-off dose of data. If your top-up isnāt working, it might be because:
There arenāt enough funds in your account
Your payment details are out of date
Youāve exceeded the top-up limit (40 top-ups per billing cycle)
If none of these could be the reason, it might be an issue at our end. Use the āLetās chatā button in the bottom right-hand corner so we can look into it for you, or call us on the number at the bottom of the page. Weāre here 8am-8pm AEDT, 7 days.
