I'm having trouble gifting data

To gift data, make sure you have checked the following:

  • the recipient is a Belong mobile customer with an active mobile service or active data plan service

  • you have entered the recipient’s mobile service number correctly

  • you have more than 1.3GB of data remaining in your data bank

If you've checked all that and you're still having trouble topping up your data, open live chat (via the button at the bottom of your screen) and we’ll look into it.
