Things to know about data banking
On a Belong mobile plan, the data you get is yours to keep. So if you’ve got data left over at the end of your billing cycle it’ll roll over to the next month.
That includes any data you receive as a gift from another Belong customer and any bonus data you get as part of a promotion. You’ll also keep your banked data if you change to a higher or lower plan. Woohoo!
Times you can lose your data bank
There are only a couple of ways you can lose your data bank:
Your payment is 25 days overdue (and we suspend your account).
Your Belong service is cancelled.
Data banking isn’t available on data plans
If you’ve got a data-only SIM, your data allowance resets at the end of the billing cycle. This includes any data you receive as a gift from another Belong customer.
