How do I reset my account password?

If you've forgotten your password, or need to change it for security reasons, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Reset password page

  2. Enter your email address then click send reset link. We’ll send you an email with a reset link. (Remember to use the email address you set up your Belong account with)

  3. Open the email and click on reset my password now

  4. Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your new password

Tip: For a more secure password include a mix of upper case (A-Z) and lower case (a-z) letters, number (0-9) and special characters (!@#$%^&*).

Important to know: The password reset link is valid for 24 hours only.
