I'm having trouble activating my Belong SIM

If you’re having trouble with the set up and activation of your Belong SIM, try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Retry the setup and connect process if you haven't done so already

  • Double-check that your SIM is inserted into your phone correctly

  • Power off and on your device

  • Try inserting your Belong SIM into another unlocked device and see if it works there. If it does, it might be that there is an issue with your device
