How do I make a manual mobile payment?

Top up your mobile account to cover future bills

If you’d like to break your mobile payments into smaller pieces, you can add some credit to your account in between bills. You can also make a manual payment to pay off some (or all) of an outstanding amount.

To top up your Belong mobile account:

1. Log in to my account

2. Select ‘Manage mobile’

3. Select ‘Payments and invoices’

4. Select ‘Make a payment’

5. Enter the amount you’d like to pay (up to $200)

6. Submit your payment

Heads up: if you update your payment method when you top up, it will
become your default payment method for future payments for that account.
