Email verification

Why do I have to verify my email?

All customers will need to verify their email when signing up for a new account or service. This is so we can ensure we have the correct details for our records, which will allow us to serve you better. 

Please ensure you use an email address that you can easily access while signing up so that you can access your 6-digit code.

I didn't get the 6-digit code

Please ensure you check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email with the 6-digit code in your inbox. If you still can’t find the email, you can resend the code from  the ’Verify your email’ page

If you’re still having issues receiving the 6-digit code, please check the email address you’ve provided. If you notice an error in your email address, you can easily change this by hitting the back button which will take you back to the previous screen.  

My 6-digit code has expired 

You will have 5 minutes to retrieve the code and submit it before the code expires. If you have issues verifying in 5 minutes and need more time, we suggest you resend the code. 

What happens if I can’t complete email verification?  

If you can't complete email verification and leave the website or close the mobile app, your account will not be created, and you will have to start the sign-up process again.
