What would you trust a friend’s opinion on? Movie recommendations, decent restaurants, dating advice and telcos, yeah? Definitely telcos – we’re a major discussion point in any group chat.
Right?
No? Huh. Weird.
Anyway.
The point is: a mate’s recommendation carries a lot of weight. That’s why we’re thrilled that 81% of customers would recommend our mobile plans to family, friends, strangers on the street, all that.
It also helped make us a finalist for the Finder Telco Awards. Finder asks real customers to rate their telcos across a few different categories. Here's how we fared:

4.2 out of 5 for network service

3.5 out of 5 for customer service
4.2 out of 5 overall
Not too shabby. We’ll keep finding ways to improve, though.
We did just turn our phones back on for customer support so here’s hoping that service number goes up next year. 😉
Big win for staying green
