What are my options when travelling overseas?
International Roaming travel pack
You can buy an International Roaming travel pack for your mobile service. That gives you 3GB of data, 150 minutes in inbound and outbound calls, and unlimited standard SMS while you’re in an eligible destination. These travel packs cost $30 and must be added to an active Belong mobile service.
Free inbound SMS and wi-fi calling
Inbound SMS and wi-fi calling are included for free with all eligible plans*. You don’t need to buy a travel pack to get these benefits.
Inbound SMS lets you receive SMS when you’re in the eligible destinations listed below. It’s great for things like verification codes.
With wi-fi calling, you can call Aussie numbers over a suitable wi-fi connection. Get started with VoLTE wi-fi calling.
* Customers on 1GB plans aren’t eligible for free inbound SMS or our paid travel packs.
