Upcoming upgrades for all Belong accounts

We’re upgrading our systems, which will temporarily affect what you can do with your account online. Read on to find out what you need to know.

What’s happening?

There are five planned upgrades, during this time, certain things will be temporarily unavailable or delayed.

Changes will happen overnight on the following dates (all times in AEST):

  1. 10th August, 11pm until 11th August, 6am

  2. 17th August, 11pm until 18th August, 6am

  3. 10th September, 11pm until 11th September, 6am

  4. 18th September, 11pm until 19th September, 6am

  5. 3rd October, 11pm until 4th October, 6am

The upgrade times may change due to unexpected situations, so we recommend checking back before the upgrade to confirm.

For internet services:

During the upgrade window, there will be limitations to our billing and payments.
If your service is suspended or restricted, it may take up to 10 hours to resume.

For mobile and data services:

During the upgrade window, there will be limitations to our billing and payments. You will not be able to make a payment or view and update payment details.

If your service is suspended or restricted, it may take up to 10 hours to resume.

Upgrades happening on:

  1. 10th August, 11pm until 11th August, 6am AEST

  2. 17th August, 11pm until 18th August, 6am AEST

What you can do:

What you can't do:

- Use mobile/data service as usual.

- Use international roaming, if pre-purchased travel pack.

- Receive usage notifications (international and domestic).

- Activate a new mobile/data service.

- Make any changes to an existing mobile/data service.

- View data or usage balances.

- Gift and receive data.

- Change plan.

- Replace your SIM.

- Disconnect your service.

- Adjust your voicemail settings.

- Top up your data.

- Add an international calling pack.

- Add a new travel pack.

- There may be delays in receiving international “Welcome” notifications.

  1. 10th September, 11pm until 11th September, 6am AEST

  2. 18th September, 11pm until 19th September, 6am AEST

  3. 3rd October, 11pm until 4th October, 6am AEST

What you can do:

What you can't do:

- Use mobile/data service as usual.

- Use international roaming, if pre-purchased travel pack.

- Receive usage notifications (international and domestic).

- You will be able to make other changes to your service, however these changes may be delayed by up to 2 hours.

- View data or usage balances.

- Gift and receive data.

- Adjust your voicemail settings.

- Add a new travel pack.

- There may be delays in receiving international “Welcome” notifications.

Can I call someone to access my account during the upgrades?

These upgrade windows are scheduled overnight, between 11pm and 6am, when our call centres are closed. You will be able to call us from 8am, after the upgrade is complete.
