Service is great you can do everything online if you want do not even have to speak with a person, the website is user friendly and the mobile app with up to date use it's very convenient, I increase from the app the limit when I have visitors coming and stay at my place and put it back down when I am on my own, it is saving me lots of money

Joined up on Sunday modem turned up Monday order technician for 8-12 Thursday. I was rang Wednesday to see if it was all ok for the next day 8.05 technician arrived 9/30 all done has not missed a beat.

After years of bad internet connection, and limited assistance from a couple of other ISPs, Belong were the only company who offered to visit - free of charge - to assess the problem. Technician arrived at the scheduled time, resolved the issue (dodgy wall socket) and our connection has never been better. Kudos Belong
